Because of the nature of our services we cannot issue refunds or returns. The services are non-tangible, the only case in which refunds may be considered is if there was infringement of contract from our behalf. If that is the case, you must issue a complaint reports and specify the case.
It is important that you know that all of these cases are treated separately and individually.
